Who doesn’t know the benefits of exercise? A healthy you keeps life on track, so you had better make time for yourself. Recent research has shown that people tend to be regular about getting their exercise fix if they have a partner. Sign up with a friend for a gym membership, join your daughter at a dance class, or join a weekend yoga plan with the spouse. Taking up a sport as a family is a wonderful way to get healthier together. Cycling, swimming, hiking, and jogging work well as family sports so take up a couple to pursue in the early hours of the weekend. Don’t make it a resolution that you never follow. See things through, and the benefits will be lifelong!
