This beautiful cushioned swing is a Sunrise Stripe spread and is created in 100% Polyester. It shows off UV resistant poly ropes suspended from a glossy finished hardwood spreader bar. Filled with Poly fibre and PU foam, it is soft and very comfortable. Withstanding a total weight capacity of up to 250lbs, it is not only highly durable but also comes with the entire hanging hardware for convenient mounting.

What kind of seating types can I order?

The seating types are available in a combination of a 3 seater, 2 seater, 1 seater and a Poufe. Standard combinations are already listed on the product pages. You can choose to buy individual products or customize your own combination to fulfill your space requirements in your living room. Can I Cancel my Order?

Orders once placed and approved are considered confirmed. Either the shipment will be initiated if the item is in stock or production shall commence specially for your order. Can I order a customized Design Sofa?

The design and the measurements of the sofa are not customizable however you can choose from range of combination and color option available.

Can I provide the fabric for Upholstery of my Sofa?

Since the furniture products are manufactured at various locations so we will not be able to assist on the same.

Can you send all my products in one shipment?

Bedbathmore sources the home and furniture products for its customers from various locations. Therefore the shipping timelines and the location from where the products are shipped vary from one product to the other hence you could receive multiple shipments for one order on BBM

Delivery Check List:

What needs to be done from my end when the furniture gets delivered?

Check for the following when the product gets delivered.

  • Please ensure that you have someone 18+ years of age available to accept and sign at the time of delivery.
  • Most apartment complexes, retirement facilities, schools and office buildings prohibit deliveries during certain hours. Check with your building management to ensure that delivery is allowed for the time you have scheduled it for with necessary approvals.
  • Please check the furniture product dimensions whether they fit through your doors, hallway, elevator, stairway, etc.? In most cases furniture pieces come in flat pack condition, so getting it through should not be an issue, but if you are not sure please call Customer care to get product & box measurements.
  • Remove existing furniture from the room to make space for your new furniture. Protect your flooring by laying down old sheets or plastic where the delivery people will be walking.
  • Our delivery associates will not be able to move or remove existing furniture.
  • Check the external surface across the product for any visible transit damages breakages. In case of any issues please notify Customer care at email info@bedbathmore.com or call us at 022 2491-0066.

How do I change my delivery date?

Deliveries take place on all working days. We request that you accept delivery of merchandise once notified from our end. If the planned delivery time is inconvenient, please let us know so we can reschedule.

Are there any additional shipping charges to be paid during delivery?

Our shipments are free of charge and you don’t have to pay anything during the delivery of your furniture. All the deliveries are done through road freight via express courier services.

What is the time taken for delivering furniture products?

Products from our Furniture catalogue are dispatched and delivered at the shipping address in four weeks from the date of order confirmation.

Will the sofa fit in through the stairs and doorway?

All our sofas are built keeping the standard building designs in mind and they fit through regular stairwells and service lifts. Also, we give detailed dimensions on our website. We request you to please check and ensure before delivery that the sofa can be installed in your home through this mode.

What should be done if we receive damaged or incorrect products?

For all items that are expected to stand, ensure that the item is steady and straight. Unevenness up to 5 mm happens due to difference in surfaces and floor levels and is an accepted industry standard. Bushes will have to be attached to balance the item.

  • Wooden Furniture: In case of dust or lack of shine, rubbing the surface with a dry cloth will help. This is an accepted method for cleaning the surface of a wooden furniture item and to make it shine.
  • Your request for a repair or a replacement will be processed as soon as we receive the photographs of the damaged products to ascertain extent of damage. These are to be sent to customer care at info@bedbathmore.com. We request you to retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by our team.
  • You have an option of getting a replacement of the product that was received in damaged condition. Replacement for furniture returns will be processed when the item(s) has been picked up by us. Please allow up to 2 to 3 weeks for reverse pickup and a subsequent amount of time for replacing the same.
Missing products within an order:

  • If an item is missing from your order, please let us know immediately after receiving your order. You will not incur an extra delivery charge. You can email Customer care at info@bedbathmore.com or call at 022 2491-0066.
  • Any instruction manuals, screws or nuts that might have been missed should be informed to Customer care immediately, so that they can arrange for the same to be delivered to you.

Installation Policy

Do you provide any assistance on assembly of my furniture?

We provide free installation service for Furniture. After receiving the delivery of your sofas please call our customer care at +91-22-2491-0066 (Monday-Saturday, 10AM-7PM) or alternatively email us at info@bedbathmore.com to schedule assembly for your product. Assembly will be done by a trained team as per your convenience within 48 hours of delivery.

How long will installation take?

The average installation time of your product will not be more than an hour. Small items like tables are pre-assembled so no installation service is required for the same.

What are the responsibilities of the installation team?

The installation team shall follow up a day prior to the date of assembly. To change installation schedule as per your convenience please call our customer care so that we can re schedule accordingly.

On the day of installation, the installation team shall visit the house with our service associate and complete the installation. Please keep the installation area clean so that assembly can be done in shortest possible time.

Post installation; please check the furniture for any visible marks, defect & damages. In case of any issue or feedback please call us at customer care and we shall address your concerns at the earliest.
